Reed wins in return to racing at Dade City Motocross

Chad Reed has returned to the track after a six month break due, winning a local event near his home in Florida.

Chad Reed has returned to the track after a six month break due to injury, winning a local event near his home in Florida.

The TwoTwo Motorsports owner and rider took to the track and battled with his former teammate Tim Ferry at the Dade City Motocross Facility.

“Two holeshots two wins pumped!! Who thought my first race back was going to be dade city,” Reed posted via Twitter prior to the event.

Reed has also taken delivery of the all-new 2013 Honda CRF450R, which he was aboard while racing the event.

The former AMA supercross champion is currently testing and taking steps towards his official professional return to racing at Anaheim 1 in January next year.
