Stuttgart and Paris appearances for AUSX contender in November.
Australian SX1 contender Luke Clout will add a pair of European races to his mid-season schedule, with the Penrite Racing Empire Kawasaki regular set to contest Stuttgart Supercross with Kawasaki Pfeil, before entering the Paris Supercross in SX2 with Bud Racing Kawasaki.
The two international appearances slot neatly between last weekend’s AUSX round in Cronulla and the upcoming fourth stop of the domestic championship in Melbourne.
Clout will take a brief break before heading overseas for consecutive weekends of racing in Germany and France, before returning to Australia ahead of Marvel Stadium’s round on November 22.
“I’m flying over to Germany next Tuesday and get there Wednesday,” Clout told MotoOnline. “Then we’re straight into racing with the Kawasaki Pfeil team on the 450 for Stuttgart on Friday and Saturday night.
“From there, I’ll head across to the Paris Supercross the following weekend, racing with the Bud Racing Kawasaki team on the 250. That’s on Saturday and Sunday, then I’ll fly home Monday, spend a day or so here, and then head down to Melbourne.
“It’s going to be pretty cool. I’m really looking forward to it. They’re iconic races, and getting the chance to race overseas again is awesome. Supercross is what I love, so it’ll be a fun couple of weeks.
“Jumping back on the 250 will be fun again and something a bit different, but I’m excited for it. It’ll be great to get a few more gate drops under the belt before the last two rounds back here. It should be good, I’m definitely looking forward to it.”
Clout currently sits fourth in the AUSX SX1 standings following a dramatic weekend in Sydney, where he was initially credited with the victory after Dean Wilson received a penalty for a red-cross flag infringement in the closing stages of final two.
Former series champion Wilson later succeeded in his appeal and was reinstated as the round winner – moving Clout back to P2 at round three of the 2025 Australian Supercross Championship.
