All-250 class line-up named ahead of the 2025 championship.
Raceline Husqvarna Tdub Racing Team will field a new-look rider roster for the 2025 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship, led by Reid Taylor in the SX2 class as the gates drop this weekend at Redcliffe’s season-opening double-header.
Taylor returns to Australia after contesting three rounds of the Pro Motocross Championship in the United States as part of the Muc Off FXR ClubMX Yamaha team.
The 21-year-old earned fifth overall in the SX2 series standings one year ago as part of the Empire Kawasaki team, and will reunite with the Raceline team that he was previously aligned with in AUSX during 2023.
“We’re stoked to have Reid Taylor on board our Husqvarna FC 250,” commented Raceline Husqvarna Tdub Racing Team manager Todd Waters. “He is recently back from competing in the AMA Pro Motocross Championship and has been training hard and gaining comfort.”
Taylor will be joined by young SX2 prospect Travis Olander, as well as upcoming talent Jake Rumens, who will contest the SX3 development division.
“Joining Reid in the SX2 class will be young gun Travis Olander,” Waters continued. “Travis is coming off a wrist injury, so he will be looking to build throughout the championship as the series develops, with Jake Rumens racing in the SX3 class for this year in his first supercross season.
“As a team, we’re really excited to get to the races, as we’ve been working super-hard as a collective to get to where we need to be before the opening rounds this weekend.”
Having fielded two MX1 class entries throughout the ProMX season outdoors – alongside a single 250 seat – the team will revert to a 250-only program for the upcoming supercross championship.
