Aaron Tanti (Monster Energy CDR Yamaha) – Seventh overall:
It’s good to be back at the track. I have been riding for about a month now, so my expectations were pretty low, I just needed to get through the weekend safely, get some race laps in work on getting myself back to 100 percent. It wasn’t an easy track to come back to as it was Toowoomba at its best. Finding a track like that to train on is impossible, so I was a bit tentative in some situations but that will get better as I do more racing. I get another chance this weekend at QMP and looking forward to keep getting better with each ride.

Kyle Webster (Boost Mobile Honda Racing) – First overall:
I rode conservatively and avoided mistakes. I’m still not 100 percent after my injury before Warwick, so I’m really happy with this result. We’ve got a 16-point lead, but nothing is guaranteed – we’ll stick to our plan.

Wilson Todd (Berry Sweet Honda Racing) – Third overall:
It feels good to win a race again and to be on the podium. After the last couple of seasons, you do start to doubt yourself. I’m thankful for the team’s belief in me, and I hope we can do it again next weekend.

Nathan Crawford (KTM Racing Team) – Second overall:
I felt solid from lap one in the mud this morning. The track was extremely technical and I was competitive all day. I let the overall get away from me in the last race when I tipped over, but was able to recover back to P2 again. Despite that crash, I think that was some of the best racing I’ve done in a long time, so I’m taking the positives. I’ve got one more chance for the win next weekend at QMP and I’m looking forward to it.

Kirk Gibbs (KTM Racing Team) – Sixth overall:
It wasn’t a bad day today, especially considering the track conditions. I felt good in the first moto once I settled into the pace and found some good lines, and then the second moto was a lot better. I was starting to catch the riders ahead of me, and I thought I was in for a shot at a top-three, but unfortunately, I went down. It was frustrating, as that was potentially going to be one of my best rides of the year. I’m now more determined than ever to put my best foot forward next weekend and finish the year on a positive note.

Todd Waters (Raceline Husqvarna TDub Racing Team) – 12th overall:
I got off to a great start in the first race and felt like my old self. I had some good lines and was closing in on the leader until I crashed hard on the big downhill. I went over the bars, the bike landed on me, and then I got hit by another rider. I lined up for the second moto, but my wrist was sore and I wasn’t feeling it, so I just rode within my limits to sixth. The focus now is to get myself healthy before the last round next weekend at QMP.

Ryder Kingsford (Monster Energy Yamalube Yamaha) – Third overall:
The last couple of rounds haven’t been much fun. I didn’t ride great at Warwick and then I had that big crash at Canberra, so I needed to get back on track here at Toowoomba. I have always found this track difficult but today was probably as good as I have raced here. I made some mistakes in the first race, but I was able to clean those up and put in a good effort for race two. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to stop Brodie from winning the championship, so congrats to him and his team on a successful year.

Jayce Cosford (Monster Energy Yamalube Yamaha) – 10th overall:
It was just one of those days were the harder I tried, the worse it got. Every time I was on the track, I was trying to make something happen but just couldn’t get a reward for it. My last half of race two was good and I felt like I was riding some good laps, but I shouldn’t be in seventh and I was just angry when I finished that race. We have one more go it next week and I’m pretty fired up for QMP.

Brodie Connolly (Polyflor Honda Racing) – First overall:
What a season, and we’re not done yet. There’s so much hard work that people don’t see behind the scenes. I’m grateful to my mechanic, the team, and everyone who helps make this possible. I’m looking forward to QMP and hopefully finishing the year strong. After that, I hope to race the final three rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship.

Alex Larwood (National Finance and Loans Honda Racing) – Fourth overall:
I was a bit off today. I needed more intensity, but I’m happy with my consistency. One more round to give it everything and hopefully finish on the overall podium

Byron Dennis (KTM Racing Team) – Ninth overall:
My day got off to a great start with a really good qualifying session, but a bad start to the first moto had me trying to make up a lot of ground. A fifth in the second moto was a bit better, but it was disappointing to come away from Toowoomba with ninth overall, especially after it started so well. We’ll go again next weekend at QMP.

Noah Ferguson (KTM Racing Team) – Second overall:
I had a lot of fun out there today. I put two solid motos together, which I’m happy with. In the first moto, I led 22 minutes of the race and lost the lead near the end, which was a bit deflating, but I still took a lot of confidence out of that race. In the last one, I was going at it with [Brodie] Connolly again all moto. Getting caught up in lapped riders cost me some valuable time, but that race was a good one!

Jack Kukas (Raceline Husqvarna TDub Racing Team) – 19th overall:
It was a tough weekend in the mud at Toowoomba. I just struggled to find my feet in the mud as I haven’t ridden in those conditions in a long time. It was a tough weekend, unfortunately, and hopefully I can finish the season strongly next weekend.
