GasGas recalls all 2022 MC 250 models

GasGas is recalling all 2022 MC 250 motocross bikes in order for the CDI control unit be replaced by an authorized technician. Due to a manufacturing deviation, incorrectly programmed components have been installed on this model.

Owners of the 2022 MC 250 have been sent a letter from the GasGas which includes instructions on how to schedule an appointment for the work to be carried out. Replacing the CDI control unit should take no longer than 15 minutes and at no cost to the customer.

The ‘service’ area of the GasGas website lists all bikes affected by this recall. Those listed will require a new CDI control unit which must be installed at an authorised GasGas dealership.
