Husqvarna Motorcycles recalls MY22 FE and TE models

Husqvarna Motorcycles Press Release:

Husqvarna Motorcycles is recalling all MY22 FE and TE models due to an anomaly discovered within the front brake assembly. A deviation relating to the fitment of the locking split pins mounted to the holding bracket in the caliper may result in the brake pads becoming detached from the machine.

Owners of these models are required to return their machine to an authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles dealer who will ensure the correct installation of the locking split pins.

Customers who have already acquired one of the above-mentioned motorcycles are being informed by a personal letter and are asked to immediately contact an authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles Dealer to arrange an inspection appointment.

In addition, customers can check online in the ‘Service’ area of the Husqvarna Motorcycles website to determine if their motorcycle is affected by this recall. The check and replacement of all parts involved will be carried out at no cost to the customer and must be performed by authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles Dealers only.
