Active8 Yamalube Yamaha rider takes control in South Australia.

Following a challenging day one at Renmark’s fifth round of the 2017 Yamaha Australian Off-Road Championship in South Australia, Active8 Yamalube Yamaha’s Wil Ruprecht bounced back in impressive fashion for round six and day two of the weekend. Sunday’s spring round saw Ruprecht rise to the occasion and move up to the top spot in the E1 category as he edged out fellow Yamaha-backed rider Scott Keegan for the class victory. Along with the E1 category win on Sunday, Ruprecht also locked in 10th Outright and secured the E1 championship lead following the weekend’s racing.
