Justin Barcia will debut his new AutoTrader.com/Monster Energy/JGR Suzuki RM-Z450 this weekend in Minneapolis for round seven of the 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship.

Forced out of the opening six rounds of the 450SX championship due to a wrist injury, Barcia will join the series as it hits the east coast for the first time this year.

The two-time East Coast 250SX champion will be joined in the premier class by continuing fill-in rider Jake Weimer as team regular Weston Peick recovers from a lacerated kidney and broken wrist sustained at the Glendale round.

Kyle Peters, signed with the Wilson Coolair Motul Suzuki team for the 2017 Motul MX Nationals season, will also make his debut with the new-look team this weekend in Minneapolis as a fill-in rider for the injured Phil Nicoletti in the 250SX category.
