Newly-crowned Monster Energy MX Nationals MX2 champion team Serco Yamaha is offering fans a unique helicopter joy flight service at the series finale at Coolum.

The Brisbane-based outfit has teamed with Executive Choppers to offer a bird’s eye view of the picturesque Coolum facility, along with the Sunshine Coast surrounds.

Tickets cost $50.00, and can be purchased on the day of the event (Sunday, 1 September) from the Serco Yamaha tent at the northern end of the facility.

“It’s a fitting end to the season,” said Jody Herson, Serco Yamaha team sponsorship officer. “The Serco Yamaha team is now the 2013 MX2 champion and we wanted to share that emotion with all the motocross fans attending.

“A helicopter joy flight will offer that winning feeling,” Herson added.

Luke Styke wrapped up the MX2 title for the long-established Serco Yamaha team last weekend at Toowoomba.
