The Australasian Supercross Championship will again feature Monster Energy as its title sponsor for season 2011.

Global energy drink brand Monster Energy has confirmed its long-term support for the series, resigning as naming rights sponsor.

Australasian manager Adrian Hunter said he is thrilled the company is continuing its involvement with Super X and is looking forward to a longstanding relationship with GAS and MA.

“Supercross has been at the heart of what we do at Monster Energy since day one, both here in Australia and worldwide,” Hunter explained.

“The intensity of the Super X format is what the core fans want to see, and we aim to give a taste of the globally renown AMA World Supercross Championship in the USA, with our sponsorship of the Australasian series.

“We will be working closely with GAS to ensure every Monster Energy Super X event is a personal experience for fans. For the first time we will have an event in all three capital cities on the east coast of Australia, with more intimate venues locked in so fans can get even closer to the action.

“The depth of Australian talent is getting better every year, and we aim to continue to develop the talent pool of riders coming out of Australasia by giving them the chance to race against the best riders in the country on the best custom built race tracks,” concluded Hunter.
