Suzuki in the United States has taken the wraps off its 2012 model motocross bikes this week.

Compared to the current model, the RM-Z450 technically remains much the same, although it now has a striking new look with more red than in previous years.

The red seat and colour scheme is similar to the factory Australian, American and World Motocross team bikes.

As for the RM-Z250, it too remains similar to 2011, also receiving the upgraded styling cues.

Both models have also switched to black fork guards.

Suzuki Australia is yet to confirm pricing or availability on local soil, however a press release is expected in the coming weeks.
