This year’s champion’s will be crowned at the Australian Superbike Championships Awards Dinner at Melbourne’s Crown Palladium next Thursday.

The event will round out an exciting year on and off the track where intense battles were waged and camaraderie still shone brightly.

Custom-made crystal trophies will be awarded to recognise efforts of riders in the Superbike, Supersport, Superstock 1000, Superstock 600 and 125/250 classes.

Over 30 awards will be presented in total, including lifetime achievement awards for identities that have shaped the path of our sport and made our nation the powerhouse it is on the world stage.

The black tie event will bring together over 200 guests including riders, teams, sponsors and industry personnel to celebrate an unforgettable evening.

A regular on Rove Live for 10 years and a star of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Peter Helliar, will add the laughs through his distinct blend of humour following formal presentations to champion riders.

Included in the cost is a three course meal, beer, wine and soft drink, and all entertainment. Complimentary parking is also included.

An official after-party within the Crown complex will follow.
