General: Carey Hart and Roger de Coster on MXTV tonight

Two of the biggest stars of the sport will be featured on Australia’s favourite dirt bike show MXTV tonight when the crew catches up with internationally recognised identities Carey Hart and Roger de Coster.

Hart has the honours of being the first man to attempt a back-flip in Freestyle Motocross competition, completing the feat in the 2000 Gravity Games, as well as being the inventor of the Hart Attack signature freestyle manoeuvre.

Not only is Hart an FMX hero and former racer in motocross and supermoto, he’s also the owner of Hart & Huntington – a first class chain of tattoo studios throughout the United States and Hawaii. Hart & Huntington also features an AMA Supercross team, as well as a high quality clothing brand.

Belgian legend de Coster is the current team manager for Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s factory American-based supercross and motocross team, instrumental in guiding the likes of Ryan Dungey, Chad Reed and Ricky Carmichael to championships in recent seasons.

De Coster is a former great of the sport himself as a former 500cc Motocross World Champion in 1971, 1973, 1975 and 1976 respectively, also being the man behind Team USA’s legendary run of results in the Motocross of Nations.

Also on tonight’s show, ‘The Fro’ will put Yamaha’s 2010 model YZ250F to the test in another bike review, plus all the regular features will be back again in a fast-paced show to keep the whole family entertained.

Catch episode five of MXTV on FUEL TV tonight at 9:30pm on Wednesday 23 June, before replays will also be televised at 3:30am on Thursday 24 June, 10:30am on Saturday 26 June and 2:30pm on Monday 28 June on FOXTEL/AUSTAR’s channel 516.
