More about YETP:
The Stephen Gall Training (SGT) Base Training Camps offered by YETP are the first to be implemented within the Australian motorcycling industry, specifically for elite motorcycle racers. The camps are designed to provide physiological, nutritional and psychological guidance and support to our athletes during the pre-season period. This ensures a thorough preparation to lead them into the next racing season.

At the completion of the pre-season and the commencement of the race season, all riders are provided with a program combining on bike training with aerobic, strength, core strength and flexibility conditioning. A comprehensive race season monitoring system ensures each riders training is suited to them and continues to gain optimal results.

The 2010 training programs will be delivered by Tim Cole and Michael Brummell, with behind the scenes support from Stephen Gall, YETP founder, and Alex Gall, who will be completing her final Bachelor year of Exercise Science / Business at University.

Tim Cole graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Sport Management). Following university, Tim spent time as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at St Kilda Football Club and Head Conditioning Coach at Sandringham Football Club, before joining the Yamaha Elite Training Program in early 2008.

Michael Brummell is qualified with a Bachelor in Human Movement Science (majoring in exercise science) and is currently studying his Masters in Exercise Science (strength and conditioning). He has previous experience working in a sports conditioning and personal training studio, fitness trainer for Robbie Marshall, and Team Trainer for the Serco Racing Team.
