Three-year extension confirmed to remain in the Moreton Bay region.
Redcliffe will become the long-term home for the Boost Mobile Australian Supercross Championship (AUSX) in Queensland, committing to the Moreton Bay region for the next three years with the opening two rounds of season 2025 set for October 11-12 at Kayo Stadium.
The double-header format will return for the second-consecutive year to commence a renewed partnership with the Moreton Bay City Council that will span through 2027, set to build upon the success of last year’s opener.
“The response last year was phenomenal — we sold out the first night in days and demand kept climbing,” commented AUSX managing director, Kelly Bailey. “It was clear we’d found the right home for the championship. This year’s double-header promises more action, bigger crowds, and a weekend of supercross you don’t want to miss.”
City of Moreton Bay mayor, Peter Flannery, added: “We knew last year’s sell-out event was just the beginning. Partnering with AUSX long-term allows us to build something truly special here – an iconic event that brings visitors, boosts our local economy and shows off everything this incredible region has to offer.”
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale from Monday, June 16 – an AUSX Priority List can be subscribed to via the official series website.
Confirmation of Kayo Stadium to commence the new AUSX season on October 11-12 will be followed by New South Wales (November 15), Victoria – almost certainly the AUSX Open – on November 22, and South Australia with the Adelaide Grand Final set for November 28-30. Venues for rounds three or four are yet to be announced.
