KTM Racing Team has made the transition to Pirelli ahead of the upcoming 2025 Penrite ProMX Championship, with the high-profile tyre brand landing Nathan Crawford, Kirk Gibbs, Noah Ferguson and Byron Dennis as a result of the newfound partnership.

Pirelli will support both the KTM Racing Team and KTM Junior Racing Team, reinforcing a relationship that has already delivered world championship success in Europe.

“We’re excited to welcome Pirelli as an official partner for KTM Racing Team Australia in our 2025 ProMX campaign,” commented Kyle Blunden, KTM Group Australia motorsport manager. “Their track record in motocross and commitment to innovation align perfectly with our pursuit of excellence. This partnership will be key in ensuring we compete at the highest level this season.”

Link International – national distributor of Pirelli motorcycle tyres – general manager Brenden Stoeckert added: “At Link, we’re committed to providing quality products that enhance performance. We’re proud to support the KTM Racing Team Australia in the 2025 season with Pirelli tyres designed for performance and reliability. This partnership is about delivering real results and backing the next generation of motocross talent.”

Following an extended stint on Dunlop tyres, KTM Racing Team is set to make its official return to Pirelli – which it previously lined up with as far back as 2013 upon the current in-house team’s introduction – at Wonthaggi’s ProMX season-opener from March 22-23.
