Australian SuperEnduro Championship announced for 2023

New series arrives domestically for the upcoming season.

Motorcycling Australia has officially announced a new Australian SuperEnduro Championship for 2023, coupling elements of enduro special tests and supercross to provide an intense and physically demanding challenge.

Round one of the new championship commences at Ballarat Showgrounds on 25 February, with races featuring a stationary gate start and man-made obstacles across the course.

“The Australian SuperEnduro Championship is a fantastic addition to the motorcycle racing landscape in Australia,” said Motorcycling Australia CEO Peter Doyle. “We are excited to see riders battle it out on this challenging course and provide fans with an edge-of-your-seat experience. We wish Sam and his team all the very best with this new series.”

Sam Preece, promoter of the Australian SuperEnduro Championship added: “We are thrilled to introduce this new event to the Australian motorcycle racing calendar. The combination of Enduro and Supercross creates a truly unique and exciting experience for both riders and fans.”

Tickets are available for round one at www.superenduro.com.au, with a list of confirmed riders including internationals available on the Australia SuperEnduro Championship’s social media pages.
