Formula Carbon helmet

Beginning with the helmets, FLY Racing’s Formula Carbon helmet boasts the Adaptive Impact System (AIS), which is a high-performance ecosystem of structural designs and energy mitigating materials including RHEON Impact Energy Cells that maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts.

Initially introduced last year, the top of the line Formula Carbon helmet features a 12K carbon fibre shell that is extremely lightweight at only 1290 grams, as well as Conehead EPS Technology for a softer liner and those cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently. Six critical zones have been fine-tuned for a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts.

Expanded volume EPS means strategic areas of the helmet have more impact-absorbing EPS, while an expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar creates an additional element of impact mitigation. A clavicle shell relief zone is utilized, there’s a custom molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard, lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings, quick-release cheek pads, True Functional Ventilation (TFV), plus a premium helmet garage and extra visor included.

Formula CC helmet

In addition, FLY Racing has now also released a brand new Formula CC helmet that has a tri-weave composite shell comprised of carbon fiber, DuPont Kevlar and fiberglass, producing a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance. It weighs only 50 grams more than the Carbon version. A step down in price, the Formula concept has been applied to the CC model and sharing the same remarkable technology.

Both the Formula Carbon and Formula CC helmets are available in a variety of colours and produced to the highest of standards with exclusive technology, while the introductory-level Kinetic helmet also remains available and is a staple for riders of all skill levels.

Zone Pro goggle

Eyewear has been a major focus for FLY Racing entering 2021 and the brand has now added the exciting new Zone Pro goggle to its range. It’s constructed by a polycarbonate lens with premium anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings, combined with a lightweight, yet durable polyurethane frame. The engineered frame design increases field of view providing massive peripheral vision.

The Zone Pro also boasts a quick change replacement lens with pre-installed tear-off posts, premium molded foam that is tapered and provides superior moisture management and a tight seal, outriggers for an optimal fit, a 45mm adjustable double buckle strap with non-slip silicone, plus a removable FLY nose guard.

These come with a microfiber goggle bag and there are optional accessories and lens colors available. It’s an important move for FLY Racing with the introduction of the brand new Zone Pro goggle, which sees the brand arrive at the highest end of eyewear performance

Less serious riders will still be able to purchase the existing and highly-popular FLY Racing Zone goggle with a lot of shared features in a mixture of colourways, as well as the entry-level Focus goggle, again with a wide range of colours on offer.

Kinetic Mesh racewear

The ever-popular Kinetic line has also received a number of updates for 2021, offering a mid-level standard fit that is recognised as the ‘workhorse’ in FLY Racing’s range, while still producing enough performance to win at both the Supercross and Pro Motocross level of the sport.
