Provisional 2019 AORC calendar outline breaks cover

Six double-header weekends pencilled in for next year.

A provisional outline of the 2019 Yamaha Australian Off-Road Championship (AORC) has broken cover following the release of Motorcycling Australia’s (MA) national calendar release last week.

The calendar indicates the series will remain at 12 rounds hosted over six weekends, the first stop taking place on 9-10 March in Queensland.

The AORC will then head into three New South Wales-based stops for rounds three through to eight, scheduled for 6-7 April (Rds 3-4), 20-21 July (Rds 5-6) and 10-11 August (Rds 7-8).

The penultimate weekend of racing will visit South Australia on 31 August-1 September, before the championship concludes in Victoria on 14-15 September. Official venues and locations are still to be announced.
