Motorcycling Australia (MA) has revealed the states that will host the KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship (AJMX) over the next three years, while the specific venues are still to be determined.

South Australia will play host to the 2019 edition, followed by Queensland and the Northern Territory in years 2020 and 2021 as part of a new rotation system that will see the championship visit a variety of states in the years to come.

“We are very excited that the AJMX states for the next three years have been announced,” said MA’s CEO Peter Doyle. “The AJMX is always one of the largest events on the motorcycle sporting calendar and it has truly become the pinnacle of junior motocross competition in Australia. Make sure to stay tuned next week, as we reveal the location of next year’s venue in South Australia.”

This year’s AJMX will take place Penguin in Tasmania on 29 September–6 October, where the country’s best junior motocross athletes will converge for a week of racing.
