New Zealand’s Ben Townley will take part in the 2017 New Holland Agriculture Super Enduro-X powered by Monster Energy during the Clipsal 500 Adelaide on 2-5 March.

Former MX2 world champion and Monster Energy AMA Supercross East Coast 250SX champion Townley is a late addition to the 15-rider field, alongside the Supercars opening round in South Australia.

“When the opportunity came to compete at the Clipsal 500 Super Enduro-X I jumped at it,” Townley said. “I followed the event last year and witnessed how exciting the racing was and with the Supercars aspect included at the same time, I’m sure the atmosphere is going to be awesome. I’m excited to see what the track brings also with the mix of Enduro-X and supercross obstacles together in one lap!”

Enduro-X will be featured in the TrAction Zone every day of the event, with the Super Enduro-X Cup scheduled to take place on Friday, 3 March. Follow this link for further information on the 2017 event.
