Gajser's MXGP title-winning team becomes Team HRC

Honda Gariboldi Racing will be responsible for Honda’s works 450cc program for 2017 and beyond as the new Team HRC outfit in the MXGP World Championship.

The team that took Tim Gajser to both the 2015 MX2 and 2016 MXGP world championships under the Honda Gariboldi name, will field two works entries in the MXGP category as Team HRC.

Reigning champion, Gajser, will continue his relationship with the team, and current Team HRC rider, Evgeny Bobryshev, will also continue to campaign the all-new 2017 Honda CRF450RW next season with the team.

Not returning to the 2017 Team HRC rider roster will be Gautier Paulin, the French rider will join the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing MXGP squad for next season.

The new Team HRC squad will make their world motocross debut when the 2017 MXGP World Championship gets underway with the MXGP of Qatar, in Losail, on 25 February.
