Form

Our picks:
Justin Brayton (SX1) – The American rider was fast and mistake free at round one, he now enters Toowoomba as the SX1 points leader and although he has a list of serious contenders behind him, he will be tough to beat.

Gavin Faith (SX2) – Faith is tough to go past for the round two win, he was super solid at Jimboomba, but he will need to stay mistake free in Toowoomba with the likes of Hayden Mellross right there ready to pounce.

Next best:
Dan Reardon (SX1) – Although Dean Ferris was all over Brayton at round one, and definitely could do the same at round two, we’re throwing Reardon’s name out there. If he has increased his bike fitness during the break, he’ll be right there.

Hayden Mellross (SX2) – Mellross was looking very racey at round one and you could tell he wanted to shoot for that win. He’s on his game currently at DPH Motorsport and will definitely be shooting for that win in Toowoomba.

Outside chances:
Dean Ferris (SX1) – More of a definite chance, Dean Ferris will be right there in Toowoomba. The track is expected to be more technical than round one, which may or may not hinder the slightly less experienced supercross rider.

Wade Hunter (SX2) – Hunter has proven time and time again that he is super fast when it comes to supercross. After a tough motocross season the Queenslander will be looking to really shine through during the coming rounds as he currently sits third overall in SX2.

Watch for:
SX1 – Kade Mosig, Wil Hahn, Kyle Peters, Todd Waters, Jay Wilson, Jesse Dobson, Chris Alldredge

SX2 – Jimmy Decotis, Dylan Wills, Josh Cachia, Geran Stapleton, Mitch Evans, Kyle Webster
