Monster Energy set to unleash at the AUS-X Open in 2016

Following a successful partnership in 2015, global energy drink giant – Monster Energy, has re-signed with the AUS-X Open for 2016, coming on board as the Official Energy Drink partner of the largest action sports competition in the Southern Hemisphere, on November 12 & 13.

Renowned as one of the most innovative brands in the world, Monster Energy are a powerful addition to the AUS-X Open for 2016, as they continue their extensive support of action sports with nationwide promotional campaigns that leverage their partnership considerably.

The Monster Energy Pit Party will once again feature the popular ‘Rig Riot’ for 2016, and with the inclusion of world renowned DJ, Brooke Evers, spinning decks atop the rig, race fans will be provided with the ultimate party atmosphere.

Monster Energy will again hold the Naming Rights to the Freestyle Motocross (FMX) ‘Best Trick’ contest for 2016, which is set to be absolutely insane as an incredible lineup of talent will be announced over the following weeks. A range of world-first tricks are expected this year, as riders attempt to make history for their share of $125,000 in prize money.

The AUS-X Open combines an international supercross racing event with a Freestyle Motocross (FMX) ‘Best Trick’ competition inside Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena, that will feature some of the world’s best riders up against Australia’s best talent.
