Jacob Wright (DPH Motorsport Yamaha) – MX1, 5th overall:
With a last-minute switch of manufactures at the beginning of the season, then moving over to DPH Yamaha after the first three rounds, it has seen Jacob Wright get off to a slow start in 2016. The Queensland-based rider pieced together two strong motos at Conondale, awarding him a season-best fifth overall.

Daniel Banks (Davey Motorsports KTM) – MX1, 8th overall:
South Australian privateer Daniel Banks was another rider recording a season-best finish at Conondale, earning himself a credible eighth overall. The Davey Motorsports-supported rider raced to 11th in moto one, backing up the result in race two with an eighth, securing him his first top 10 finish since his home round at Murray Bridge.

Kale Makeham (Proformance Yamaha) – MX2, 5th overall:
Conondale saw Proformance Yamaha’s Kale Makeham break into the top 10 for the first time since his impressive showing in round two at Appin. The 22-year-old’s 5-8 scorecard on Sunday in Queensland credited him fifth overall, shifting him to 13th in the championship standings after missing two rounds due to a shoulder injury.
