The worlds elite FMX riders converged into Rice-Eccles stadium, Salt Lake City, on Saturday, July 16, for the inaugural Nitro World Games.

Consisting of FMX and FMX Best Trick, the event saw the discipline progress even further following numerous world first attempts.

New Zealand’s Levi Sherwood displayed a flawless run to claim the win in the FMX category, executing his tricks with precision and trademark extension that he is known for.

Australian favourite Josh Sheehan secured the runner-up position, while Japan’s Taka Higashino concluded the podium in third.

American Greg Duffy landed a world-first double frontflip, rewarding him with the number one position in the Best Trick category.

Australian Pat Bowden captured second position with an impressive frontflip Superman variation, with Josh Sheehan returning to the podium for a second time following an initial unsuccessful attempt at a double-backflip Superman, however completing the trick on a second attempt.
