DPH put in the hard yards preparing for round three

DPH Peter Stevens Yamaha press release:

It’s been a big two weeks for the DPH duo in preparation for Round 3 of the Australia Super X Championship this coming weekend. Both boys have been putting in the hard yards, hoping that their work will pay off and bring them both some valuable Championship points.

Lawson unfortunately struggled at Round 2 in Jimboomba, QLD after feeling fatigued and tired throughout the night. His ongoing struggle with diabetes has been challenging in the past but Lawson knows what he needs to do to ensure he is 100% this race day.

“I’m excited to be back racing in Adelaide after a few years. I’ll be rested up going into this weekend and am really looking forward to it. Hopefully we have a big technical tract that’s good for racing” said Bopping.

Wade Hunter has been on a high since finishing 3rd at the last round and securing his first podium at his first round for the DPH team. He will be looking to go into Round 3 carrying momentum and doesn’t look to be slowing down any time soon.

“I’m feeling good about this weekend. I’ve spend some time with Marty from Kroozetune and made a lot of improvements with my bike. I cant wait to get back behind the gate and see what we can achieve. I feel like its going to be a really good year” said Hunter.

DPH Motorsports continue their assault on the 2015 Supercross Championship at Round 3 in Wayville, SA on October 31st.
