Raceline Pirelli Suzuki's Madden ready to take on round four

Madden will fly the flag for Raceline as the series charges on to South Australia.

Raceline Pirelli Suzuki press release:

Raceline Pirelli Suzuki is prepared and ready to lock down podium results, when the team heads to Murray Bridge for round four of the MX Nationals this weekend.

With a third overall at round three to his name, fill in rider Jesse Madden (MXD) will once again fly the flag for Raceline as the series charges on to South Australia.

Madden who now sits in second in the Pirelli MXD Championship standings, shared his excitement in heading to South Australia and says he’s ready to push for further podium results.

“Broadford was really good and I didn’t expect to go as well as I did so hopefully I can get some more good starts and get out the front again this weekend,” he said.

“This weekend I’m going in to get a top three result so I can hold down the points that I’ve got, but in saying that it would be great if I could get a win for the team.

“I’ve been riding a fair bit of sand lately to prepare for this round so I feel really good, I’m fit, and I think Murray Bridge will be another fun weekend on the Suzuki.”

Raceline Manager Jesse Wallace says the team is confident that Madden has what it takes to run up the front at round four, and shared his excitement in the progress made with the young rider after just one round with the team.

“We’re all feeling very good about this weekend. Jesse has had a lot more time on the bike, and is a lot more familiar with the equipment so we’re feeling ready,” he said.

“We opted to not do too much more testing in the break, what we felt was important to him was time on the bike – after assessing the set up at Broadford we feel that we have a good setting for Jesse already.

“Jesse is definitely showing signs that he’s a championship contender so we will just take each round as it comes and if he can stay in the top three we will be very happy.

The Raceline Pirelli Suzuki Team will now head to Murray Bridge on May 17 for round four of the MX Nationals.
