MX Nationals promotion increased for 2014 season

Williams Event Management (WEM) has announced a partnership with Eskimo Media Group (EMG) that will see EMG provide a number of different services for the 2014 Monster Energy MX Nationals, Australian Motocross Championship.

In recent years, WEM has looked into how it can take the promotion of the championship to new levels, and the announcement of the partnership with EMG is another step forward in this area.

EMG will deliver pre- and post-event information, news and results through the management of the MX Nationals website developed by MotoOnline.com.au, delivery of press releases, and integration of multimedia services for the series.

Speaking about the partnership, WEM managing director Kevin Williams said he was looking forward to combining the steps already taken by WEM to facilitate the growth the series is seeing.

“We are really excited to welcome Eskimo on board,” Williams said. “Things have gone really well for us over the past 12 months from a media and promotion point of view.

“We streamed live from all of our rounds last year, our Facebook page now has nearly 500,000 likes and our Instagram account has over 5000 followers.

“Eskimo will help to not only grow all areas of our social media, but also ensure that news and information released about the series is current and circulated far and wide.”

All news circulated through the EMG and WEM partnership will be published online via the MX Nationals website at www.mxnationals.com.au.
