Australian ace Chad Reed has unveiled the Discount Tire Racing Kawasaki KX450F that he’ll race in 2014.

Reed, 31, will enter his fourth season as team owner/rider within his TwoTwo Motorsports operation, picking up Discount Tire as title sponsor for the new year (click here for details).

During the team’s official photoshoot with world-renowned photographer Simon Cudby in California this morning, Reed posted an image via social media giving fans a first look at his 2014 contender.

Equipped with Pro Circuit parts as suspected, Reed will sport a unique black frame and swingarm combination during the season.

The team retains TwoTwo Motorsports signage on the radiator shrouds for the upcoming season, with Discount Tire’s presence expanded on the front guard.

Reed will make his race return aboard the KX450F at Anaheim 1 on 4 January 2014, back on a Kawasaki for the first time since a single season on the factory team in 2010.
