Entries for the opening round of the 2013 Queensland Supercross Championship have been extended.

Entries for the opening round of the 2013 Queensland Supercross Championship have been extended.

Round one, to be held at Robbie Marshall’s private property on 2 November, will close at midnight on Sunday, 27 October.

It’s not to late too enter for this event via www.nominate.com.au or download the full event Supplementary Regulations by clicking here.

“It’s rewarding to finally know that all of the hard work and time spent on getting this event up and running has been worth it,” said Marshall.

“What will be even more rewarding is when we actually get to see the bikes out on the purpose built supercross tracks.”

With both tracks designed with rider safety in mind, it has been a commitment all along to provide these races for the up and coming riders. The championship will be a stepping stone for the growth of the sport in Queensland and Australia.

Rob Haworth has put in endless hours building an enormous track on his Leyburn property especially for round two of the championship on 9 November.

“It has been a big learning curve, especially trying to make the track challenging enough for the pros but also safe enough for the younger and up and coming riders” said Haworth.
