Free-to-air coverage of ASX to begin on Speedweek this Sunday

Free-to-air coverage of the 2013 Australian Supercross Championship (ASX) has been confirmed to commence this Sunday, 22 September.

Free-to-air coverage of the 2013 Australian Supercross Championship (ASX) has been confirmed to commence this Sunday, 22 September.

Pro Open round one action from Hidden Valley in Darwin will be screened on SBS’ Speedweek from 2.00pm in a one-hour package.

Pro Lites competition will follow a fortnight later, broadcast again within the Speedweek timeslot of 3.00pm on Sunday, 6 October.

The ASX will be screened within its own show on subscription television channel SPEED TV, with the Pro Open round one package to air at 7.30pm on Thursday, 26 September.

The television coverage supplements the series’ new live streaming initiative which attracted 10,500 viewers on Saturday and Sunday last week.
