Pirelli will enter this weekend’s Australian Supercross Championship opener with a first class line-up of teams and riders at Darwin’s Hidden Valley Raceway in the Northern Territory.

With the Supercross series opening alongside the Australian Superbike Championship this weekend, Pirelli will feature a formidable combination across the board.

In the Supercross event, recently-crowned Monster Energy MX Nationals MX1 champion Matt Moss (Motul Pirelli Suzuki) joins MX2 champion Luke Styke (Serco Yamaha) along with fellow Pirelli riders Kirk Gibbs (Motorex KTM), Dan McCoy (Motorex KTM), Kale Makeham (KTM), Weston Peick (Carlton Dry Honda) and many privateer Pirelli riders for full grids in all classes.

Riders will choose form Pirelli’s championship-winning range of tyres like the Scorpion MX Mid Soft 32 and Scorpion MX Mid Hard 554 tyres for this weekend’s racing.

Pirelli will also feature a strong list of contenders in the Superbikes, headed by dual ASBK champion Glenn Allerton (Next Gen Motorsports BMW).

Pirelli motorcycle tyres are imported and distributed exclusively in Australia by Link International. Visit www.linkint.com.au for further information.
