Motul Pirelli Suzuki’s Matt Moss claimed his first GoPro Super Pole of the season at Wonthaggi’s third round of the Monster Energy MX Nationals in Victoria.

Moss was the man to beat in Super Pole today, breaking the streak of MX1 series leader Todd Waters (Motorex KTM) to take home the five points and $500 bonus from GoPro.

Second was Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Adam Monea from Waters, while Ford Dale (Carlton Dry Honda Racing) was fourth. Regular qualifying leader Lawson Bopping (CDR Yamaha) dropped to fifth.

In the Motul MX2 ranks it was Serco Yamaha teammates Luke Styke and Luke Clout who went 1-2, from Zero Seven Motorsports rider Kade Mosig and KTM two-stroke contenders Kale Makeham and Brock Winston.

The order for MXD qualifying was Jack Simpson, Jesse Dobson, Joel Dinsdale, Jake Emanuelli and Nick Scott.
