Yamaha reintroduces Y-Shop 'Business to Customer' online store

The Yamaha Parts and Accessories Division has announced the re-introduction of their new website, Y-Shop B2C. The all-new website went live on 13 January 2013.

The Yamaha Parts and Accessories Division has announced the re-introduction of their new website, Y-Shop B2C. The all-new website went live on 13 January 2013.

Y-Shop B2C, focuses on ‘business to customer’. This allows for Yamaha’s customers to browse and purchase online through a selection of Yamaha Genuine bolt-on accessories for motorcycle, ATV, side by side vehicles and golf cars, outboard and waverunner accessories, plus all apparel and merchandise items.

The new accessory product supply processing system features a secure direct payment process via an online electronic automated system. While Yamaha will direct and manage the new website and payment processes, Yamaha dealers will maintain their profit margins.

A key benefit of Y-Shop B2C is that the customer has a choice of two delivery options – direct to a Yamaha dealership or straight to the customer’s door. Also, Yamaha have included a pre-determined and pre-paid freight charge that you will pay upfront when finalising your order online. Just browse, select, order and wait for the knock at your door.
