Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing once again will add Gavin Faith to their Pro Lites program as he contends in the Australian Supercross Championships, and this time around Faith returns with even more valuable experience.

After finishing second overall in the 2011 series on debut in Australia, the American returned home to contest in the world renowned AMA supercross and motocross series’.

Faith is excited to be back with the Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing team and says he already feels comfortable again with the team and bike.

“I was really happy with how I went last year, it’s a super cool team to be a part of and good to be back with good people,” said Faith.

“I’ve been back in Australia for about a week and have just been settling back into things and working with the team. I’ve had a couple of days to ride the bike and already feel pretty comfortable on it.”

Having the chance to ride with such teams as GEICO Honda and GRMX/Toyota/Yamaha in the US, Faith returns to Australia with some great experience under his belt.

“It’s been a big learning year for me,” he added. “I rode AMA Supercross for the first time and though I didn’t ride as well as I’d like I was happy to be making mains and getting the experience of racing against the top guys.”

The Australian Supercross Championships will kick-off this weekend 13 October at Dubbo in New South Wales.
