CDR Yamaha and IVECO have combined forces to create a winning combination for the team’s transportation and pit set up on race day.

Craig Dack, CDR Yamaha owner, chose the IVECO Stralis transporter to carry one of our most renowned professional motocross outfits around Australia.

With features including three separate levels, a workshop, sleeping area and kitchen just to name a few. Dack explains that the Stralis is the perfect setup for his crew and riders.

“Our IVECO Stralis transporter is the complete package,” said Dack. “When we arrive at the event our custom-built trailer, with three internal levels, houses all of our spare parts, a comprehensive workshop, kitchen and sleeping area, as well as up to 10 motorcycles.

“We also have a 15 by six metre annexe with walls that attach to the transporter which becomes our pit area for the duration of the event.”

Dack explains that the Stralis transporter acts as a pivotal piece of equipment for their long hauls across the country.

“The Stralis is not just the prime mover for our trailer, but is the pivotal piece of equipment to move the complete team,” added Dack. “We travel north as far as Townsville, then south down the eastern seaboard, through country NSW and Victoria, across to Adelaide and once a year we cross the ‘big paddock’ over to Perth.

“It’s like a home away from home, with its double bunk giving us additional accommodation for two, as an adjunct to the sleeping compartment in the trailer.”
