Jarvis wins third Red Bull Romaniacs event for Husaberg

Graham Jarvis has won a third Red Bull Romaniacs in 2012 for Husaberg.

Husaberg’s Graham Jarvis picked up his third career Red Bull Romaniacs victory over the weekend aboard a TE 300.

The ‘Silent Assassin’ dominated the race without any real competition to join Cyril Despres as a three-time winner.

Jarvis has already confirmed that he plans to be back next year to complete his mission to kick Despres off the throne for good and become the undisputed King of the Carpathians.

Andreas Lettenbichler was doing his best to offer Jarvis some company throughout the race, but had to settle for second following a consistent performance.

Third overall was Jonny Walker, who profited from his extremely steep learning curve. After nailing the Prologue, the young gun had a tough awakening on the first day and he was seen struggling through the Romanian wilderness.

On the forth day however, he came in first and clinched his position on the overall podium.

Unfortunately for Chris Birch, after four years on the podium of the Red Bull Romaniacs and winning the race in 2010, he ended up finishing fourth.

Next year’s event will mark the 10th anniversary edition in 2013.
