Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing’s Brad Anderson is disappointed in himself after a frustrating weekend at round two of the Monster Energy MX Nationals series at Coonabarabran.

Anderson entered the 2012 series with high expectations of himself, after his one-off race domination at the Raymond Terrace MXN round in 2010.

But the British Motocross Champion said he suffered with arm-pump issues throughout the three-moto MX1 format, taking 2-7-6 finishes, resulting in a fifth overall.

“I am really disappointed in myself,” Anderson said. “This is not the result I expected to come away with. We will be working very hard over the next fortnight to make sure I get on top of the arm-pump issues.”

Anderson will re-group and return for round three of the Monster Energy MX Nationals on 28-29 April at Wonthaggi, VIC.
