In a new video series exclusive to MotoOnline.com.au, presented by Shotz Sports Nutrition, Moto Trainer will take you through 12 vital steps in preparation and fitness specific for dirt bike racing.

Hosted by KTM Australia’s off-road and motocross team trainer, Tim Cole, this first film will highlight the importance of Hydration while competing and we’ll have one per month on the second Wednesday of each month.
