Honda's motocross history set for display at Broadford

Honda's two-day Broadford Bike Bonanza is set to celebrate Australia's Golden Era of motocross for 2012.

Honda is confident the 2012 Broadford Bike Bonanza will be bigger and better than ever.

Honda’s two-day Broadford Bike Bonanza is set to celebrate Australia’s Golden Era of motocross for 2012.

The festival to be held on the 7-8, April is expected to draw riders, spectators and enthusiasts from all over Australia.

The Golden Era exhibition will include actual Honda race bikes and a rare collection of motocross models from the 70s and 80s.

Along with many other activities, a Gala Dinner will be held, with special guests including Australian motocross pioneer Jeff Leisk and Long Track legend Ivan Mauger.

Riders attending the event will also have the opportunity to dust off their old bikes and take a ride on track at the State Motorcycle Complex in Broadford.
