Consistency is on the agenda for Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing’s U.S. import Gavin Faith after breaking through for his maiden podium in Australia at Sydney’s round of Monster Energy Super X in Campbelltown on Saturday night.

Faith scored second overall after taking 1-8-2 results for the round in the Triple Header main event, a strong performance that enabled him to display his true potential in dry conditions for the first time on Aussie soil.

“It is fantastic to finally get the monkey off my back and get on the podium,” Faith admitted.

“I had two really good races but I am little disappointed in myself for crashing in the second final.

“I am fifth in the championship and took home some good points tonight so the goal is to keep being consistent and hopefully move up the order next weekend.”

Faith will continue working with the Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing team to develop throughout his rookie supercross season.
