Craig Dack's 1992 model Peter Jackson Yamaha YZ250 (left) was stolen over the weekend.

The 1992 model Peter Jackson Yamaha YZ250 of Craig Dack was stolen from the Craig Dack Racing (CDR) team base over the weekend in Victoria.

Dack’s final season of competition was in 1992 and he kept the final race bike of his illustrious career, however thieves broke in on the early hours of Sunday morning and stole the bike from the premises.

“It was such a special bike, very unique and it was my pride and joy,” Dack told MotoOnline.com.au. “It will be impossible to replace it.”

The bike features exotic Öhlins forks on it, as well as a number of unobtainable components throughout the chassis and engine.

Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals, Australian Motocross Championship, promoters Williams Event Management are offering 10 VIP passes to a round in 2012, no questions asked, if the bike is found and returned.

Contact the CDR team at [email protected] or get in touch with us at MotoOnline.com.au if you have any information regarding the bike.
