JDR Motorex KTM’s Matt Moss has his sights firmly set on a second Pro Lites championship in the Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals, maintaining a 58-point lead in the series entering this weekend’s penultimate round at Moree.

Runaway leader Moss, the 23-year-old New South Welshman on track to add this year’s title to the one he won in 2009, spearheads JDR Motorex KTM’s Lites contenders.

Moss enjoys a 58-point lead in the standings with two rounds to run, using recent time off to recover from a shoulder injury.

“I’m looking forward to Moree, I’ve never raced there before, so we just want to win this championship and grab that number one plate,” Moss explained. “I just need to get back to riding the way I was, with no mistakes and injury-free.”

Moss will once again be joined on the 250 SX-F by two of Australia’s brightest rising stars in Brenden Harrison and Josh Cachia, the current national Under 19s champion in his rookie Pro Lites campaign.

Harrison currently sits fifth in the Pro Lites standings, while Cachia is three positions back in eighth. Both have finished on the podium in 2011 and will look to repeat that form at Moree on Sunday.
