Motorcycling Australia has announced that it will be holding a training camp based at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra specifically for elite and female motorcycle sport participants.

The camps will cater for up to 15 athletes each, with the Elite camp targeted specifically for outstanding state and national level athletes in the disciplines of Speedway, Dirt Track and Road Racing over four days on 20-23 September.

A female training camp will also be run over four days between 13-16 September 2010 for every motorcycling discipline, with both camps incorporating fitness testing, physical training sessions and AIS lectures on general sports science (i.e. Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, etc).
