AMA MX: Live television revealed for Fuel TV in Australia

Australians will be able to watch current AMA Motocross Champion Chad Reed racing to defend his crown in this year’s title chase, with MX Sports Pro Racing and the Alliance of Action Sports announcing that the series will be aired live on Foxtel/Austar’s Fuel TV this season.

This year, the world’s most competitive and prestigious motocross championship series will be shown in nearly 450 million homes across 80 countries on four continents.

In addition to full live HD coverage on NBC Sports and SPEED in the United States, AMA Motocross extends its coverage of the 12-event circuit with both live HD international telecasts and its extensive and timely international highlights series featuring both 250 and 450 class racing.

Headlining the international package is the first-ever live television coverage of motocross in High Definition.

The 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship live telecast partners include Fuel TV in Australia, ESPN Brazil and RUSH TV, broadcast to millions of viewers in 52 countries.

AMA fans across the globe can follow Reed, Ryan Dungey, Andrew Short and the other stars of the 450 class as they battle it out in all 12 rounds of the championship series.

Australians can catch the opening round on Fuel TV this Sunday at 8:30am (AEST), live from Hangtwon’s season opener in California.
