Oakley has launched a new motocross goggle, the Mayhem, which will be available in Australia early in May.

Despite its similar looks to the race-proven and hugely popular Crowbar goggle, the Mayhem main differences of the new goggle are a larger lens, therefore the peripheral vision will be much bigger and better; the outriggers on the Mayhem are much flatter than the Crowbar, which also makes the peripheral vision much better although the outriggers still functions the same way as it does on the Crowbar; the nose bridge on the Mayhem has also been flattened for added comfort; and in addition to the clear lens fitted to the the goggle as standard, an extra grey lens is included in the box along with seven laminated tear offs.

The Mayhem line is made up of 14 goggles including two standard colours, nine prints  and three Signature Serries editions – two James Stewart colourways and a Mike Metzger colourway.

The standard and print goggles will have an RRP of $119.95, while the Signature Series will be available for $129.95.
