ASBK: SEN to broadcast Phillip Island finale live on Sunday

INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP:

International Entertainment Group, promoters of the 2009 Woodstock Bourbon Australian Superbike Championship, are pleased to announce that Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) radio 1116 AM will be broadcasting the final Superbike and Supersport races this weekend at Phillip Island.

IEG Director Yarrive Konsky says of the deal: “It’s yet another step forward for the championship. SEN are the leaders in sport in general, but it’s their absolute commitment to motorsport that has really impressed us. (Commentator) Tony Schibeci is not only one of the most knowledgeable and gifted motorsports commentators going round, he’s also a genuine fan of our series.”

SEN will be broadcasting from Philip Island on Sunday the 29th, with updates through the day and then live coverage of the final Supersport and Superbike races. Tony Schibeci will be joined in commentary by former Australian Superbike Champion Adam Fergusson who will provide the insiders view of what is shaping up to be one of the closest ASBK finales ever.
