FMX: All star line-up set for Hart's FMX Tour on Gold Coast

Hart and Huntington Tour:

A number of Australia’s leading freestyle motocross (FMX) stars will join the action sport’s pioneer Carey Hart at the final stop of the Hart and Huntington Tour presented by Holden this Saturday.

The Gold Coast Parklands Showground will host a one-off twilight tour event from 4pm-7pm, packing in 3 hours of aerial antics, mini bike madness and an insane stunt show – for FREE!

Joining tour regulars Hart, Matty McFerran and Robbie Marshall are two of Australia’s leading FMX riders Blake ‘Bilko’ Williams and Steve Mini.

The line up is built on experience, enthusiasm and athleticism, with riders eager to put on a huge show for all ages.

Hart, who has based himself on the Gold Coast for the past week, said locals could look forward to a rare treat in having so many of the sport’s top talents performing at the event.

“The final stop of the Hart and Huntington Tour presented by Holden is shaping up to be the biggest yet,” said Hart. “Until now we have performed alongside P!NK’s tour but there was no way I could let the FMX fans of the Gold Coast miss out.

“I love this place – the beaches, the people and the atmosphere. It has a strong base of FMX riders and followers, so adding these big name Aussie stars to the line up was an easy decision.

“It’s a fun, free event, but when you get these boys together their competitive side is bound to come out, meaning big air and some insane tricks.”

The Hart and Huntington Mini Bike Squad may only be made up of 50cc machines, but what they lack in grunt will be more than made up in their gravity-defying display.

Crowds are sure to be captivated by a fearless and frenetic performance by the 8-rider strong lineup, with plenty of thrills and spills promised.

The Gold Coast’s own stunt sensation, Lukey Luke will bring his own blend of street bike madness to the tarmac, ready to pull off some of his wickedest tricks including wheelies, stoppies and burnouts.

Lining the arena will be a jaw-dropping display of the coolest custom cars and motorcycles, dripping with chrome and detailed with amazing paints and artwork.

A variety of local artists will be on hand to create live graffiti and street art pieces, showcased alongside awesome tattoo art displays and fashion parades.

Visitors can check out Carey Hart’s own Hart and Huntington range of apparel, as worn by P!NK, while sampling some of the newest flavours of Rockstar Energy Drink.
