General: Honda deals on Mini and Enduro bikes

Honda Australia is offering top deals on their mini and enduro bike range.

Honda press release:

There is nothing that brings a family together like a day out riding the trails in the Australian bush, and now Honda is making it more affordable than ever by offering a number of promotions on all mini bikes between now and July 31, 2009, as well as a lay by scheme available until December 24, 2009.

The deal includes $250 Honda Dollars on purchase of every CRF150F, CRF100F, CRF80F, CRF70F, CRF50F or TRX90.

Customers can then spend their Honda Dollars in a variety of ways within the dealership at the time of purchase, including accessories, servicing or as a discount off the bike.

As an added sweetener, anyone who finances their new mini bike through HMFS (Honda MPE Financial Services) will have their Honda Dollars doubled, taking the total amount to $500 to be spent in store.

For those who are thinking a new mini bike would be a great addition under the tree at Christmas, Honda is also reintroducing the ever popular lay-by scheme, allowing customers to pay for their purchase in instalments. Payment amounts and schedule are also flexible, providing the bike is paid for by the end of the agreed term.

On top of all that, every customer will be entered into the chance to win one family trip to Queensland’s Gold Coast for five days including airfares from the nearest capital city to the Gold Coast for two adults and two children (up to 13 years). The prize also includes five nights accommodation at Sea World Resort & Water Park, and entry for all to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and the Australian Outback Spectacular.

Honda’s fun bike range caters to kids from as young as 6 years old, and includes both semi automatic as well as 5-speed gear boxes, depending on the model.

Each bike features a hardy 4-stroke engine, as well as a rugged and compliant suspension system that stands up to all the dirty business a youngster can throw at it.

Every model sports chrome, steel-spoked wheels combined with Honda Racing styling and graphics reminiscent of the bigger CRFs so riders can enjoy all the benefits of riding a smaller version of those bikes seen in current competition.

Honda press release:

Anyone looking to buy an Enduro bike this year will want to do so between now and 31 July 2009.

Honda, in conjunction HMFS (Honda MPE Financial Services), is offering three incredible offers on their shoot-out winning CRF450X and CRF250X including $750 “Honda Dollars”, a free Tool Box kit and a free service up to the value of $300 when their new bike is financed with HMFS.

Customers can spend their Honda Dollars in a variety of ways within the dealership at the time of purchase, and can use their Dollars for accessories, servicing or simply as a discount off their bike.

The high quality, nine drawer tool kit includes a T-Bar set and rack, aluminium
ramp, tie wire pliers, tyre levers, double sided exhaust bung and an allen key set.

Anyone who opts to finance their new Enduro bike through HMFS will also receive their first service free up to the value of $300.

Closely based on the high-flying big-bore CRF450R, the enduro winning CRF450X has been claiming victories in such off-road arenas as the Baja and WORCS series races in America since it first appeared on trails across the world.

On home soil, the CRF450X took out the 2007 and 2008 Australian Safaris with its dynamic power, slim form and rugged, long-travel suspension for light, neutral handling and performance.

Augmented by the Honda Progressive Steering Damper (HPSD), which eases control and smoothes handling in cornering and rugged terrain, and with the effortless ease of its push-button electric starting, the CRF450X offers the most satisfying blast of high-powered off-road riding fun you can imagine.

The 2009 CRF450X features a new rear white fender and reinforced rear fender extension, new front shroud decals and a new engine stop incorporated into the blinker and headlight switch block.

Its younger brother – the CRF250X – also offers the same light weight, strong, versatile power, confidently responsive handling and unrivalled fun in one of the finest dirt bikes to be found in the world of off-road riding.
